Upon startup of OpenOffice.org 2.0 Base, the Tables button on the left hand 
column does not work. Furthermore, upon using the tables wizard through 
the "New" command on the File menu, the program crashes (after setting up a 
form).

After this, please give us a bug description which helps reproducing the issue.
(Note: Normally I'd also say "submit a second issue for the crash", but this one
is already known, so it would be a duplicate, anyway.)
