The recovery dialog at startup says something about "Next"-Button to open the
Error Report toll. But there is no "Next"-Button.

pb -> em: please takeover. the fixedtext of
TabPage RID_SVXPAGE_DOCRECOVERY_RECOVER
FixedText FT_RECOV_DESCR
isn't translated rightfully into English.
The german part has no "Next" anymore.
Send this task back to me after translation.

liz->pb: the text has been changed completely and has been changed in the spec
by FL.
AS spoke with FL about this. Contact FL for updated spec.
