There's a problem when we use starOffice to open .csv files. I use Tab as the
Seperator, but the default option is Comma, so every time we have to check the
option by hand.
And I attach one csv file as an example so that you can reproduce the problem.
Can we change the default behaviour for this? or we can add a option at
tool/option that can change this option.
