When line spacing changes, for example from single to double spacing, OpenOffice
changes the spacing above and below the line.  However, MS Word only applies the
line spacing to subsequent lines.  When OO documents are exported to Word's .doc
format and opened in Word, the formatting will be different from what it was in
OpenOffice because of the discrepancy in the way that the two word processors
handing line spacing.  OpenOffice should either adjust accordingly when
exporting to .doc format just change the way that it handles line spacing to
match MS Word.
