three errors or improvements were found for the printed Getting Started Guide:
1. Startup under Windows changed lately: now the app icons are in a group with
not yet defined new name
2. Task to insert a new slide changed from the instructions in the guide, must
be edited
3. small typo: button name "Find" instead of "Find Next" in find&replace dialog
