When inserting a picture (Insert>Picture>From file), the insert picture dialog
box is too wide when openoffice.org-kde integration installed, causing the
dialog to display off of a 1024x768 screen. This is because the KDE dialog box
adjusts to the width of entries in the File Type selector. The initial is <All
Formats> followed by a list of the formats. In the default OOo dialog box in
versions without openoffice.org-kde, the dialog box does not adjust to the width
of that list, but when the list is dropped down, a scroll bar is presented to be
able to view the list. The KDE dialog box should display similar behavior.

Already fixed in ooo-build HEAD.
