Running RH w/ 2.4.9-31, The application crashes with "An unrecoverable error has
occured..." after trying to paste text into any cell. The text that I am pasting
is cut from a Word document.  I am running RH Linux 2.4.9-31, and I can
reproduce the problem any time, even after reboots.

Hi Heath,
could you please attach one of your files file because I cannot
reproduce this issue.
Do you use the 641d already?

Peter,

Sorry about the delay, I did try to send the files but the mail server
kept rejecting my attachements for size requirements and such.

I have upgraded to 641D from 641C and the problem is now gone.  I
appologize for this as I thought I was on rev. D.
