The following is weird. The link itself shows "From File", but accesibility's
"name" is "Insert Graphics". What is correct?

These are typos and small issues and will be addressed in a separate CWS. We
will decide later if we can integrate the changes into OOo2. 

For now, setting target milestone to OOo2

yes, "From File" is the name for the tag and for the visible command. I'm not
happy with that name, but it is the name for now.
