It is the Issuezilla bug #1453#
I found it searching through our internal reference pages about bug handling
workflow, which has no references to "normal" Issuezilla bugs at all, only the
exceptions. The link that fpe gave is more recent, and I already had a quick
bookmark, which is called by its title : "qa", so I could not find that page
among my bookmarks. A nice beginning of the new year. But we are offtopic.

These are typos and small issues and will be addressed in a separate CWS. We
will decide later if we can integrate the changes into OOo2. 

For now, setting target milestone to OOo2
