The numbering in the first column in the table in the attached word document is 
lost after import into OOo 1.9m65

There are 2 tables in the attached document. The problem is in the second table.

MRU->MMAHER: the whole structure of the table seems to be reversed on import.
The content of the document is in RTL context.

There is a bug reported already for the reversed tables, Issue 38158.

(i think ;-)

second table's cells are correctly imported as RTL cells.

i think it is a tab issue. the tabs are a little bit off cell boundary. if you
change them a little bit then they are visible.
also, if you select the entire right most column (where the numbers are supposed
to be) and you change to LTR you can see them.

i guess that if they were imported with less width in between the tabs then they
were visible in the table.
