Hi,

in current m67 builds, tooltips in Windows Start menu are not OK. E.g. When i
hang on over OpenOffice.org 1.9.67 Writer menu entry, the tooltip with string
"STR_FI_TOOLTIP_WRITER" will be shown. This is in English version.

The same applies for other entries in the menu.
