The current dialog for cropping images is hard to understand and simply close to
not usable. The choosen methods are everything else than userfriendly.
This should be renewed for the version OOo 3.0 urgently.

An additional function would be the ability to cut images with a polygon-line.

Primarily looks like issue 3545.  Second comment looks like issue 19933.
