Currently members of a cws cannot change any field of a cws in EIS. It would be
nice to allow this to change QA-comments, etc.

With the current implementation the CWS owner and the QA representative can edit
the properties. The latter one should in most cases only edit the QA comment or
the state of the CWS if it has the status "ready for QA". The idea is that these
two persons, especially the CWS owner should be aware of any changes of the CWS.

Therefore I would suggest to rather inform the QA representative (in the case of
QA comments) so that he can do the change. Wouldn't that be even better than to
have the properties modified without them knowing of the change?

I thought it the other way, notify ownwer/QA person/other members by changing
the comment. That would spare one cycle.
