er->bobe: I just had a glance at it, there are some issues:

The DefaultName entries
of LangID and CountryID have to be English,
not localized, so for LangID it should be
"Slovenian" and for
CountryID "Slovenia".

The DateSeparator is defined to be
a point "." but some date formats
use the slash "/" instead. From what I know the "."
would be correct,
am I right?

Should the era names really be "AD" and "BC"? The
ICU states
"pr.n.\u0161." and "po Kr." instead.

DecimalSeparator is "," and
Time100SecSeparator is defined to be "."
and used in time formats. Is this really
the case or shouldn't it
also be the "," decimal separator instead?

And the
"robert" in line 191 most certainly is not correct ;-)

sh*t, mental absence.. of course the patch isn't fi_FI but sl_SI, so
everything is right but the name is wrong..

Changed the 100th seconds separators in the time formats to reflect
the real 100th seconds separator.

The <DefaultName> trailing blank removed is just cosmetical.

One remaining issue: the <QuotationMark> and <DoubleQuotationMark> are
wrong. A QuotationMark is a single quote (like '), your version had an
ASCII double quote there. A DoubleQuotationMark is a double quote
(like "), in your version was some other string, the UTF-8 encoded
representation was wrong. I changed both qutoation marks to their
en_US equivalents, please correct if necessary and watch the UTF-8
encoding.

For future versions we need new localized entries
<quarter#Abbreviation> that represent the short form of a quarter to
be displayed in date formats (for instance, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4). Take a
look at i18npool/source/localedata/data/en_US.xml for examples.
