The current tooltip that pops up with the cursor is placed over the insert table
icon in the vertical tool pallette only says 'Insert' which is rather unclear.
It would be much better to have this tooltip report 'Insert Table' instead. This
matches the behavior of the tooltips below which include 'Insert Fields' and
'Insert Objects'

It is not "unclear", it is as flexible as it has to be ;-)
If you push that icon for a few seconds, the tool box to insert frames, graphics, tables and 
so on appears. After you have chosen one item to insert, the box vanishes again (unless you 
"ripped it out" and the icon on the button will change to the one of the last inserted item 
(easing the way for the user to insert the same item again with only one click).
Therefore the tooltip is limited to "insert" because it doesn't "know" that the displayed icon 
has changed. Changing the tooltip "dynamically" would be too much effort with too litle outcome 
in my opinion, therefore I set this one to "won't fix".

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
