Running IE 5.50.4522.1800, looking at http://framework.openoffice.org/ under 
the "Modules in Application Framework Project" section, "sfx2" subsection, I 
see:

The SFX is the core of the framework. It is built on the „Template“ 
pattern and so it is comparable to the Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) 
library. This means that it uses base classes for documents and views to build 
up the common behaviour ( the „framework“ ) of all components.

I don't know what the fix should be.  Normal quotes perhaps?

Additionally, under the offmgr subsection of the same page:

"Contains resources and code for gobal office functionality"

s/gobal/global
