Going to any page on www.openoffice.org, then clicking on the Guidelines link 
in the main navbar gives the following error:

Not Found
The requested URL /local-access-only/www/www/dev_docs/source/guidelines.html 
was not found on this server.

I tried reaching this page via other links in page content, but was hard 
pressed to find them.  If I remember correctly, this link worked at least a few 
weeks ago.
