When the position of the currency-symbol ist before the number, columns would be
better readable, if the symbol would be alligned at the left cell-border while
the number itself would be aligned at the right cell-border.
The Excel-format for this option is:
_ E * #'##0.00_ ;_ E * -#'##0.00_ ;_ E * "-"??_ ;_ @_ 
and:
_ E * #'##0_ ;_ E * -#'##0_ ;_ E * "-"_ ;_ @_
