I received the error message 
"OpenOffice.org 1.1.3
Error loading document http://www.shortsqueeze.com/041018/041018-
ShortFiles.xls:
Could not establish Internet connection to www.shortsqueeze.com.
                              OK"
I was connected to the www and had already logged onto the web site.  I don't 
know what is going on and I don't know what to do regarding this problem.
I also received an error message after clicking "OK" that read "An API call 
exited abnornmally            OK"
I had changed the file option on XLS files to open with Internet Explorer from 
OpenOffice after the above happened with the same result.  I received the same 
error message before I downloaded 1.1.3 using 1.1.2.

Hi argusmty,

please:
- add a complete, correct, working URL for your testfile "ShortFiles.xls" to the
IZ-URL-field  
- add a step by step instruction how to reproduce the problem. Did you click on
a link to ' .../ShortFiles.xls' or did you enter the URL manually?  Did you try
to open 'ShortFiles.xls' by browser (IE?) or by OOo? Can you save
'ShortFiles.xls' to disk?
