In the past we had to set the parameter /net to get network installation.

In current we have to use scripts to get an user installation. Like in the past
we should be able to set a parameter, in this time to get user installation.
Example: "setup -user" or " setup /user -l" l=automatic link at the home
directory to the Office.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
