The binfilter "STRIP001" assertions can currently only be seen with a specially
built library.
Because all assertions are indicating severe errors in the binfilter it is
necessary to be able to see these assertions in automated tests to fix all the
occurences of the above mentioned assertions.

Fixed in tools/inc/debug.hxx and tools/source/debug/debug.cxx in cws os39

The environment variable is DBG_BF_ASSERT
It can also be passed as an argument to soffice.exe as "-env:DBG_BF_ASSERT=true"

You need a bugdoc from a bug that is currently not fixed to check this.
For example the documents from #i27313#.

can you please verify this issue. i saw some assertions while opening the bugdoc tl 
named as example, but i do not know if this are this kind of assertions you opend 
this issue for.

I also had to search for a document with a STRIP assertion. 
I found one in the bugdoc of the internal task 99623 - sorry, I cannot attach it
here
