[Reproduce steps]
1. Open a writer document 
2. Input "Hello world!" , and insert a section named as "SectionTest"
3. Save the file as test.oot , and close the file 
4. Re-open a blank writer document 
5. Insert/Section 
6. Check Link , and select test.oot in File name

Can't get section name "SectionTest" in editbox "Section" .

[Expected result]
Can get "SectionTest" in editbox "Section" . 

It works fine in StarOffice 7 , for example 645m40 build 8773

I checked (in accordance to step by step instruction) with 2.0 (1.9.m56) English
version WIN XP: [680m56(Build8814)] and can confirm problem.

I tried to confirm also with 2.0 (1.9.m51) English version WIN XP:
[680m51(Build8801)] ant the existing 'test.oot', but that version crashed when I
browsed for the existing file with section.

When I followed the step by step instruction, in step 3 I also saved a file
'test.sxw'. I checked with 1.1.2RC3  (German) WIN XP: [645m44(Build8784)] in
accordance with step by step instruction and was able to insert the section from
'test.sxw' without any problem.

SBA: Confirmed. This works in OOo 1.1.4 (with sxw file format containing a section) 
In 680m68, this works neither with .sxw not .odt file format.
Reassigned to OS.
