change of the property IsLivePresentation has no effect.

To reproduce this behavior just call inside a solar shell:
%SOLARENV%\bin\checkapi -o
sd.SdXPresentation::com::sun::star::presentation::Presentation

The live mode is not any more part of the presentation. This feature has been
canceled so its ok that this is not changable anymore. The function is
deprecated. I have to change the service description for this

I made this property optional in the idl and we don't support it any longer as
we don't support the live mode feature any longer.
