Description Unknown 2002-03-05 18:28:23 UTC
I unzipped and untarred the linux binary as root and typed
cd'ed to ~/install and typed ./setup -net
The install exits without an error message of any kind.
This always happens if the KDE2 panel is on the left or
right side of the screen. If it is placed on top or bottom,
the install works perfectly. Same for a local install.

Also, after installation, reconfiguring the desktop
with the panel to the left causes a segmentation fault and
failure to boot. I'm using suse 7.2 and kde 2.
Same on three different machines, 2 intel 1 amd.
