If you are lucky and have success on defining Outline Numbering in a
masterdocument (I can only do this when the links to the subdocuments are not
updated on loading the masterdocument), you save the masterdocument. Then when
closing the document and later you reopen the masterdocument, the Outline
Numbering isn't there anymore.

MRU->ES: sounds like the old problem, that unused custom outline levels caannot
be saved in XML?!?!?

Issue 27008 and Issue 12228 comprise part of the problem, but in 680m49 it is
worse. See also issue 32800. OOo crashes when changing the Outline Numbering,
standard for level 1 is Heading 10? So there is no way to define the Outline
Numbering correctly and save this for later.
