RTL text in bulleted lists gets messed up when exported from impress to ppt.

To repro:
* Download the open Office presentration from:
http://www.xslf.com/media/bugzilla/bugzilla_for_end_uses.sxi
* Open it in OOo680m47: Notice that all displays fine
* File-- Save as-- Microsoft Powert point 2000/XP
* Open the PPT file in power point
* Compare slides which contain bulleted points between OOo and PPT. Note esp.

Actaul result:
The word order, and punctuation location of RTL Hebrew text in bulleted lists is
incurrect.

Expected result:
text should dispay the same

Because of a too huge workload I can't fix this issue for OOo 2.01 -> changed
target to OO Later.
