WHILE TRYING TO UNZIP THE FILE WITH WINZIP 7.0 AND WINZIP 9.0 I GOT THREE ERROR 
MESSSAGES:
 bad CRC 1c556621 (should be b35496cb)
 
 bad CRC d7106cbe (should be bceb6688)

 bad CRC c9244340 (should be f40b10c6)

I WILL TRY DOWNLOADING FROM ANOTHER SERVER.

Please checksum the download you've made
(http://download.openoffice.org/1.1.2/md5sums.html). I've never had problems to
download from http://ftp.stardiv.de/pub/OpenOffice.org/stable/1.1.2/. To
reproduce we need your download location.

I DOWNLOADED FROM THE CANADA-CYGNAL. 

I HAVE SINCE DOWNLOADED FROM USA-ISC AND SUCCESSFULLY UNZIPPED THE FILE WITH 
WINZIP 9.0

Given that you downloaded the file successfully from another server and a check
of the file at cygnal was ok I mark the issue as worksforme.
