1. open a new text document
2. select Format - page

OpenOffice.org exits with an unrecoverable error

Oliver Specht told me that in SRX642 a this dialog didn't work.

At least pggrid.* in sw/source/ui/misc and sw/source/ui/inc needs to 
be updated.

also colex.hxx and colex.cxx needs the update.

Armin, I did this already on your windows box, you just have to tag 
them right and inform Sander
