Testtool does not send automated crashreports on windows. Removing the parameter
'-autocrashreport' brings up the Crashreporter-UI but with '-autocrashreport'
enabled the crashreport will not be send. Instead of this the
'Windows-Crashmessage' comes up. HRO reported this a a normal behaviour if
crashreport could not be send.
Sending crashreports manually works on this machine.
