In the Format > Font dialog box, for each category (number, variable, etc.),
there is a drop-down list box containing only the selected font, and a "modify"
button on the right of the dialog to change any of these fonts.

It would be easier to use if the drop-down list boxes next to the categories
contained all the available fonts, and the "modify" button was not used.
