In the section "What is the ODK" you'll find several broken download links to 
tools.openoffice.org.

This section isn't longer part of the UDK section and so nothing is to do.

I think think there is something to do, as long as broken links exist.
And the are still there...

Ups, i was confused but now i did the necessary changes. I changed the
links to one link and this link reference the latest build of the ODK.
