situation: copy a table as described in issue 19843.

Since issue 19843 is fixed , we have at least an error message when copying one
of the records (during copying a whole table) fails.
Unfortunately, the error message is somewhat inexpressive: Neither does the user
know which record could not be copied (not does she even know that the error was
during copying a record - in theory, it could also have been during creatign the
table), nor is the error shown.

IMO, we should at least somehow offer the original error message as thrown by
the database driver, as this will allow the user some diagnostics about the
reason of the failure.

Was fixed while fixing issue 59833.
