- start an Impress / Draw
- create an object (e.g. rectangle)
- select the object 
- open the 'Tools' drop down menu
- eyedroper is selectable but you can't use eyedroper with a 'normal' shape.
- the eyedroper entry should only be selectable when a graphic is selected.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
