Rediesng of the Tolls->Configure Events tab in line with the spec. Will update
this issue with a link to the spec before marking as complete.

The Tools->Configure tab has been reworked according to spec at :

seems to be in cws docking1 on Solaris/Sparc and SuSE Linux...
assigning a macro to a document worked as expected,
assigning a macro to the Office worked as expected...

yep. It was fixed, but had to reopne so that I could reassign. What a wierd
process :-)
