Draw: Insert - Object - OLE-Object
Click OK.
Double-click outside the object to deselect it, 
press "Tab" to select the object. 
"Edit - Object - Save copy as"

Three things happens:

1. When I test manually via the "Edit"-menu - nothing happens. 
2. When I test manually via the context-menu - I get a "General fault"-message.
3. When I test automatically - I get a GPF.
