Fill Bitmaps of WordArt objects are not loaded if WordArts objects are inserted
without drawing frame.

In my first evaluation I found out that the FillBitmap is not stored within the
msofbtBstoreContainer, instead the fill bitmap is standing beside the Shape
container  in its own msofbtBSE atom.

Because of a too huge workload I can't fix this issue for OOo 2.01 -> changed
target to OO Later.

Any chance of of working on this for OO.0 2.3 (2.2 is almost out the door).
