Repeating opening the same .doc file will crash OOo, both for 638C and 641C, any
.doc will work but I will attach one for evaluation.

On some machine, opening the same file for 3 times or 4 times will crash the
machine; for machines with more memory, opening the same file for 6 times will
nearly guarantee a crash.

I know this one. Not a word bug per se, but a generic ole2
SummaryStream issue. This is fixed since SRC641u. (internal id 95706)
Sfx summary stream reader read x bytes into buffer of len x-1.
