Tools options tree sometimes difficult for some user, we need to add a button 
to open the tree/sub catagory. 
or maybe if we click the catagory it will open the sub catagory
I know for many of others user it maybe not a problems.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
