The behaviour of FileBase::getAbsoluteFileURL is different between wondows and
unix. By a mistake i put a system path as second parameter and got two different
behaviours.
Windows: no error
Unix: E_INVAL the format of the parameters was not valid

according to the announcement on releases

will be re-targeted to OOo Later.
