When saving a word processing file as SXW under 680m36, all character style
formatting are lost!

The character style formatting are preserved when saving as MS Word DOC file.

Loading of files with character style formattings are not affected.

This bug has been found to exist in Win98, RedHat 8 and Fedora Core 1.

MRU->MIB: true, when having text formatted with character style, after saving as
.sxw and reloading the formattings have gone... sdw format and others work fine.

(CWS: dvoea1; should be integrated end of this month.)

This issue was already reported, so I mark this as duplicate to #i28549#; I will
use that issue to check-in the code.
