OOo doesn't support national numeration in Russian language. Such lists is 
often used in documentation standards. Like in English there is A, B, C and so 
on numeration, there is А, Б, В numeration in Russian. Can you enable such 
numeration for western languages?

This is an old issue.
Meanwhile it is possible to select Bulgarian, Russian, Serbian numbering.
