Hi everybody,

It's time for committers nominations again!!

I would like to try and find out with you, if there is somebody inside
each of your project who is likely to become a committer.

I mean, the number of people subscribing to mailing list is growing
quite well, but the committers are still quite low in number.

What I am trying to do, is seeing if there is somebody who is not yet a 
committer, but would become one with some little hints or help on our
side.

Only you have the needed knowledge of the people on each project.  So,
if you could provide me with some pointers to such people, that would just be
great!

Hi, Max,
I sent out a version of this two months ago and got no response. My feeling is rather 
that we must work with the project leads, not dictate to them from marketing (which 
is how they see us).
so, I'll start on that.

The mailing system for this purpose has limited effectiveness.
