Description docb 2002-01-15 19:37:04 UTC
Hi,

the list of the last accessed files has only four entries. Is it possible to have
this entry changeable, e.g to 10 or more entries? This list is always too short
for me :-)

Cheers
Axel

There seem to be several requests
for this enhancement. I add mine.
This should get priority over some
more obscure properties that already
have UI settings.

Here are some Windows programs
with useful MRU file lists:

Corel WordPerfect allows 9 files
in the recently used list.

Programmer's File Editor from
http://www.lancs.ac.uk/people/cpaap/pfe/
allows the user to set the number
(at least 20 files, maybe more).

Adie text editor from
http://www.fox-toolkit.org/
has a menu item to clear the
recently used file list.

I second this RFE :). There really have been a lot of requests for
this - we should listen to our users :)

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
