Editing document being saved as Word 97/2000/XP. In footer, typed "Last
edited ". Then go to action bar. Click on Insert, then Fields, Other.
(Ctrl+F2) Highlight Type=Date, Select=Date, Format="December 31, 1999". Click
on "Insert" and close window. Save document as .doc then reopen. Date in
footer reads "April t, jjjj".

MRU->MM: This is the same as Bt+ 5031488. As long as we do not have a 1.1.3 flag
there, we use this as the task to work on.

BTW: I also changed the summary of this issue to something which describes the
problem more accurate.

Comment 3 thorsten.ziehm 2004-06-22 10:54:46 UTC
Because of limited resources for the next product update of OOo1.1.x we have to
re-target this task to OOo1.1.4.

Comment 7 michael.ruess 2004-09-07 07:02:30 UTC
Will be fixed in soon upcoming OO 1.1.4.
Comment 8 michael.ruess 2004-10-19 12:15:30 UTC
Reopened to retarget.
Comment 9 michael.ruess 2004-10-19 12:21:32 UTC
No resources left to fix this for OO 1.1.4. Thus it must be retargeted to OO 2.0.

MRU->MMAHER: it is the same as the internal Bugtraq task you already own.
Comment 10 martin_maher 2004-10-21 13:44:26 UTC
mmaher: This has already been fixed. I checked it in a m56 build. Can you
confirm and close if appropriate (and the associated bt+ 5031488)
Comment 11 michael.ruess 2004-10-26 13:30:00 UTC

Comment 14 ghibo 2005-09-05 18:25:18 UTC
I still get this error importing .doc files (see the attach for example) either
on 1.1.5rc3 as well as on 2.0beta.

Comment 15 ghibo 2005-09-05 18:48:37 UTC
Can anyone reopen it?
Comment 16 pavel 2005-09-05 19:05:23 UTC
reopened per ghibo's request.
Comment 17 Martin Hollmichel 2005-09-13 12:05:10 UTC
mark issue as fixed for 2.0, please do not reopen an issue for an previous target.
Comment 18 ghibo 2005-09-13 14:02:48 UTC
It was NOT fixed in 2.0. I tried on build 2.0-m128 and
the date is still corrupt, with letteres instead of year and day.
Comment 19 michael.ruess 2005-09-28 09:15:58 UTC
The export has been fixed, sometimes the (re-)import lacks. See issue 29646.
Comment 20 michael.ruess 2005-09-28 09:16:27 UTC
