A new project instsetoo_native has to be created.
To be fixed in cws networker3.

All OpenOffice installation sets can be build without problems and the Windows
installer legal issue is solved. I only need to add all files into the new cws
module instsetoo_native.

New module instsetoo_native completed. Fixed in cws networker3.

I added the new project "instsetoo_native" in which native installer can be
build. Therefore  I verify this task.
