I have a page with only a text box on it, and when I press ctrl+enter/go to the 
end of the page clicking enter it skips to page 3. When I enter the print 
preview it show me the first page, a page that the words "Blank Page" are 
written on it, and the third page. What is it?

It looks that you only used right pages in your document. Please check the Page
Style your have applied in your document.
