The list of attachable file types in issuezilla does not include *.res result
files from qatesttool

Hi Jim, do you think we should add a separate entry for the seldom used .res
testtool (application/octet-stream) to the list?
Would you mind to use the existing Binary file entry?

Hi Stefan

It does not cause me any problem as I can attach any type of file so i am happy. 

My browser decides what to do with each file type, i do not think it takes any
hint from the web page so maybe it does not matter.

So I am just reporting in case it means something to you, I am quite happy if it
is closed.

I hesitate to make the list longer for this file type.
