The words "Vertical right" are repeated on the context-sensitive help page for 
the page reached by this series of actions, beginning from the top menu bar:
Insert->Envelope->Printer Tab->Help Button

The following text is copied from that page:

Vertical right
Feeds the envelope vertically from the left edge of the printer tray.
Vertical center
Feeds the envelope vertically from the center of the printer tray.
Vertical right
Feeds the envelope vertically from the right edge of the printer tray.

Note that the subtext appears to be correct, it is merely the heading that is 
incorrect.

One of the "vertical right" statements must be wrong...
