Scenario:
- File -> New -> HTML document
- File -> Templates -> Save
  (choose name 'Xxx' and location 'Default')
- File -> Templates -> Organize
  (select the template saved above)
- Right-Click -> Set As Default Template
- Close
- Optionally, restart OOo
- File -> New -> HTML Document
  Error loading document
  file:///home/jv/Ooo/user/template/xxx.stw:
  General Error.
  General input/output error.
