The concept for the new wizard layout
(http://specs.openoffice.org/installation/wizards/Wizards_NewConcept.sxw)
requests wizard to support a so-called roadmap.

This bug is about implementing a base class for this, which then can be commonly
used (3 clients in the queue currently ...)

fs->msc: When verifying this in the CWS, please pay attention to the
database-related auto pilots:
- Address Book Import
- StarOffice 5.2 database Import
- all form control auto pilots

Those pilots are implemented using a common base class which I had to extend, so
it needs to verified if they still work as expected - I'd be grateful if you
could run any automated tests on them .... Thanks.
